How far are you from Logan Airport?

We are approximately 4 miles from the airport.

How do I get to your BNB?

The best way to get to our BNB is by taxi, rental car, ride share (Uber/Lyft), or you can take the Blue Line on the "T" to the Orient Heights train station and then the 713 bus to Sargent Street.  You can also call our local taxi company Winthrop Taxi (617-846-9999) if you prefer. We do not have a hotel shuttle.

What is your cancellation policy?

The first evening booked in non-refundable. If a guest cancels a multi day reservation 60 days or more prior to date of arrival, guest will be refunded for the stay MINUS the first evening booked. If a guest cancels within 60 days prior to arrival or no shows, full cost of stay is non refundable. 

Can I check in early?
We are unable to accommodate early check in as our cleaners need the time in between guests to change over the rooms.

Can I check in late?
You can check in any time after 4:00PM. Check out is 11:00AM the next day.

Can I leave my bags before check in?

Yes. Please just let us know in advance as to when we can expect you.

Can I leave my bags after check out?
Unfortunately, guests are unable to leave bags at our BNB after check out. If you need to store bags after check out, we suggest looking into www.usebounce.com

Do you allow pets?
We do not allow pets.
Is there laundry facilities available?
There are no laundry facilities available.
Do you have rooms with two beds?

All of our rooms are equipped with one bed only. Two of our rooms have a King Size bed and one room has a Queen size bed.

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free off street parking for each room.

Do you have room to store a bicycle?

No. We cannot store bicycles.
